Frequent Questions

Do buyers pay sales tax? Yes unless the purchase is for resale and the buyer has provided tax exemption information. Sales tax is 6%.

Do you accept credit cards? We accept cash and checks. We are not set up to take credit or debit cards at this time.

Do you charge a buyers premium? No

Do you sell food and drinks? There is a snack bar provided by the facility owners.

Handicap friendly? Yes, building is at ground level, wide doors, and assistance will be provided upon request.

Does the building have heat and air? Yes

Can I bring children? Yes, as long as they are well behaved.

Can I bring pets? Only handicap assist animals are allowed.

What are the auctions hours? 7:00 p.m. to approx. 10:00.

Can I leave before the auction is over? Yes

Does the seller guarantee their items? Yes

Sign up fee. There is a $1.00 sign up fee.

Sellers fee. 15%

When are the sellers paid? Immediately after the sale.
